Product Return/Exchange Store Credit Policy:
Returns are accepted upon our advanced written approval of defective shipment for possible replacement. Additionally, you must contact customer service within 3 days of delivery, and ship your item back within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible your item must be in new and unused condition in the original packaging that you received it, along with proof of payment. We reserve the right to deny refunds upon receiving payment/deposit for products or services requested as all online and offline orders/sales are final unless approved for exchange according to this refund policy.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Gift cards, downloadable goods, health, personal care items, and household items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit.
